Returns Policy
Before requesting or arranging the return of any product(s), clients are kindly asked to review the following information. Delivered product(s) may be returned within 7 working days of delivery for any reason, including a change of mind. To initiate a return, the purchaser must notify Blockhouse Online Shop in writing (via email or post) within 7 working days of delivery. If the return is for reasons other than damage or manufacturer defect, the client is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returns and cancellations cannot be accepted if the product(s) have been:
• Damaged, altered, or customised in any way
• Used or treated in a manner that suggests ownership

While in the client’s possession, product(s) must be kept in good condition. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with sufficient packaging to prevent damage or loss of parts during transit. Returned items that cannot be re-sold as new due to damage, wear and tear, or missing components may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount.

Our standard returns policy allows for returns within 7 days of purchase. To qualify for a full refund, the item(s) must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In a resellable condition
• Complete, with all parts included
• Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
• Returned within 7 days of purchase

Delivery & Delays
Blockhouse Online Shop endeavours to complete and deliver products within the estimated lead time advised at the time of purchase. However, unforeseen production or shipping delays may occur. In such cases, the client will be informed of the revised delivery date. Please note that such delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days. If exchange rates are applicable, refunds will be made in the purchaser’s local currency at the prevailing exchange rate. Blockhouse Online Shop does not accept responsibility for any loss or gain due to currency fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not been received within 14 days of notification, the client should:
1. Re-check the relevant bank account.
2. Contact the bank or credit card provider.
If these steps have been followed and the refund is still outstanding, the client is encouraged to contact Blockhouse Online Shop directly.

Orders Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to Blockhouse Online Shop due to multiple failed delivery attempts, non-collection, or an insufficient/incorrect address, shipping costs are non-refundable.
